Grains and Oilseeds

Ameropa began as an importer of U.S. and South American grains and oilseeds into Europe after World War II. During the 1970s, as European agriculture became self-sustaining, we focused on intra-European regional origination and trading. We export grains and other products from France, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia into neighboring, as well as Mediterranean, countries.

More recently, we have expanded our market coverage to Africa and the Middle East, especially for such products as high-quality milling wheat which we source in Europe, Canada, the U.S. of America and Argentina. We also supply rice out of Asia to African markets.

Participations in elevators with a storage capacity in excess of 1 million tons and in mills with a crushing capacity of 1,500 tons per day support our activities.
